Looking back on the semester...

Looking back on the semester, I can see that my designer projects really empowered my students. These projects include My Favorite Vacation paragraph, The Modern Fairy Tale, and My Secret Garden. My goal for next year is to include designer projects with embedded authentic problems into all the subject areas. Next year will be the perfect year to implement this because I will be teaching all subjects. I have learned a lot through this process, and am excited to really to make some changes.
